Abstract Submission





Instructions For Speakers

  1. You need to submit your abstract as per Abstract template.
  2. You will get confirmation mail after accepting your abstract.(Abstract Review Time – 21 Days)
  3. You need to present your abstract in PPT form in the conference.
  4. It is mandatory to submit your presentation in PPT form 7 days before the conference day.
  5. Presentation Time – 20-25 minutes (Including Q&A)
  6. Your abstract will be published in Conference Proceeding book.
  7. You will be receiving hard copy and soft copy (Through email) of Certificate at the conference venue.

Instructions For Poster Presenters :

  1. Poster size – 1 meter x 1 meter
  2. Poster will be evaluated by our respected judges and there decision will be the final one.
  3. Best poster will be awarded.

For  e-Poster :

  1. No need to come in conference venue.
  2. You need to submit abstract as per abstract template.
  3. Your abstract will be displayed electronically during conference time.
  4. Your abstract will be published in Conference Proceeding book.
  5. You will be receiving e-certificate for publishing the abstract. If you need hard copy of the certificate then you need to pay some amount for that.
